We Can Improve the World
by Contributing Our Talents.

Building from Strength - Strengthening Communities

Collaborating with colleagues and partnering with vulnerable and underserved communities to build a stronger, more equitable and just society.

WHAT WE DO

Our leadership and staff have extensive experience directly managing government funded services and routinely collaborate with non-profit organizations to successfully compete for the funds that support their missions.

We have raised over 70 million dollars in funds to support direct work with early education; children, youth, and families; vulnerable youth; survivors of domestic violence, and to support economic development and employability of underserved communities, among others important social needs.

We have a proven record of successful grant writing for city, state and federally funded initiatives in addition to securing awards from private foundations. We do strategic planning, board development and live and online staff development training.

We are particularly adept at imparting training on diversity and inclusion; child welfare practices and systems; refugee services, domestic violence, early education, employment readiness, economic and social capital development, community action and social assistance, among others.

How we Help

We are a minority, woman owned, private enterprise with a social benefit mission. We support community-based organizations focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. We provide a cadre of expert organizational, board and staff development services that include grant writing, and in-depth training sessions for board, leadership, staff, participants and volunteers. We are currently developing direct care services through small business-qualified grant funding opportunities.
